From I-10 take exit 508 to Hwy 16 (Sidney Baker Street). Turn left (south) on Hwy 16 and drive through Kerrville, passing several hotels, gas stations and traffic lights. Turn left at Hwy 27 (at this intersection, the Courthouse is on the left).

Continue on Hwy 27; after passing a cemetery, turn left into the main entrance to Schreiner University. At the T-intersection, turn left and packet-pickup is in the Campus Activity Center which will be the first building on your right. There is a parking lot in the front of the building.
